A quick resume overview

I started out as a marketing copywriter in the mid-1990s and have grown into a digital team leader delivering user experience design and strategy.

I can throw together a great sentence, design a delightful website or a killer mobile app. I've managed budgets, clients, relationships, staff, vendors, and projects Agile, lean and waterfall. Each job, each industry, I've been happily delivering award-winning communications and focused on the best possible customer experience. And hey, I was a semi-finalist for a 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Local Journalism.
